I am deeply passionate about helping people become their authentic selves and living their lives to their fullest potential. My style as a therapist is warm, engaged, and personable.
I work primarily with individual adults who find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-doubt, worthiness, relationships, dating issues, and more. Often, these individuals are millennials juggling the pressures of building a life that is authentic to themselves and their unique desires.
What I Do
Many of the clients I work with are young adults who struggle with feelings of insecurity and unworthiness. This can look like difficulty in asking for what you want, practicing healthy boundaries, or simply feeling good and confident about yourself in certain areas of your life. I also work with men who suffer from anxiety and struggle to get in touch with their feelings due to shame-based messages from society about what it means to be a "man."
Reaching out for support from a professional and engaging in therapy is a reflection of your courage and your motivation to thrive, and I believe it's vitally important to recognize that healthy inner drive. Within a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment, and with an affirming therapeutic relationship between us as our foundation, we will build on your strengths to work through blocks and create meaningful change. It is truly my privilege to be with and support my clients on their journey of self-discovery, from the darkest moments of grief to the brightest moments of joy.
How I Help
I am trained in a type of therapy called AEDP (accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy), which is sometimes described as "meditation with a map." You may have tried meditating on your own or in a yoga class, for example, but have no idea what to do with the feelings that inevitably come up. That's where I can work to help you manage and learn from your feelings - and then take steps in mindful alignment with the life you want to be living.
My training is empirically-based, research-supported, and founded on cutting-edge methodologies, including neuroscience, emotion-focused, attachment-based, somatic, and mindfulness. Therapy will be a place to slow down, get connected to yourself in a way that will support your growth and increase feelings of confidence, creativity, courage, compassion and connection.
My goal is for you to leave sessions with greater confidence, calm, and clarity so that you can make decisions from that grounded frame of mind.

When I'm not in the office, I'm usually reading, walking, exploring the city, attempting to learn French once and for all, rearranging the furniture in my home, tracing my family history, or spending time with loved ones.
