In individual therapy, clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment, and work collaboratively to reach the client’s goals. At Cobb Psychotherapy, we take an eclectic approach, utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies.
