Kristen Quinones, LMSW believes that therapy should provide a safe environment for clients to feel heard and work on their personal goals without fear of judgement. She is passionate about helping her clients become the best versions of themselves and feel confident in their ability to cope with life stressors.
Kristen has experience in working with clients of diverse backgrounds facing a variety of issues such as depression, grief, conflicts in communication and interpersonal relationships, sexual identity, self esteem, and life transitions. Kristen specializes in helping clients cope with anxiety. She uses Cognitive Behavioral techniques and a psychodynamic approach to help clients learn the skills needed to manage their symptoms while also addressing the underlying issues.
Kristen completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Binghamton University and her Master of Social Work degree at Fordham University.
