James Farrat, LCSW is dedicated to helping people lead happier and healthier lives. He works with individuals of all ages, supporting them in coping with anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. He has extensive experience working with fatherhood and parenting difficulties, anger management issues, and PTSD. He also specializes in working with individuals experiencing bullying or struggles with cultural identity.
