In individual therapy, clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, and work collaboratively to reach the client’s goals. At Cobb Psychotherapy, we work from an eclectic approach, utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapy.
Session are 45 minutes and occur weekly until you and your therapist decide on decreasing the frequency of your sessions.
We work with couples in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to help them reach their goals. As with individual therapy, each couple comes to therapy with their own unique story. Therapy can be a great tool for addressing current conflict as well as developing and strengthening strategies for maintaining a healthy relationship in the long-term.
Session are 60 minutes and occur weekly until you and your therapist decide on decreasing the frequency of your sessions.
Groups at Cobb Psychotherapy are led by one or more of our therapists and address specific issues or struggles within a confidential and supportive space. Groups range in topics and offer the opportunity for members to find support from others as well as learn new tools and skills.
