Welcome to Cobb Psychotherapy LCSW. I’m delighted that you are visiting our site to learn more about starting therapy. Whether you are actively searching for a therapist or just curious about the process, we invite you to explore our site.

I created this practice because I believe that everyone deserves great therapy. I truly believe that therapy can benefit all of us, and we work to eliminate barriers to therapy such as prohibitive cost, onerous paperwork, and connecting with the right therapist.

At our practice, the therapists are collaborative and customize their approach based on your needs. One size does not fit all. We want to be your partner in therapy, not the “expert.”

Our Services

Individual Therapy


In individual therapy, clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, and work collaboratively to reach the client’s goals. At Cobb Psychotherapy LCSW, we work from an eclectic approach, utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies.

Sessions are 45 minutes and occur weekly until you and your therapist decide on decreasing the frequency of your sessions.

Couples Therapy


We work with couples in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to help them reach their goals. As with individual therapy, each couple comes to therapy with their own unique story. Therapy can be a great tool for addressing current conflict as well as developing and strengthening strategies for maintaining a healthy relationship.

Sessions are 60 minutes and occur weekly until you and your therapist decide on decreasing the frequency of your sessions.

Group Therapy


Groups at Cobb Psychotherapy LCSW are led by one or more of our therapists and address specific issues or struggles within a confidential and supportive space. Groups range in topics and offer the opportunity for members to find support from others, as well as learn new tools and skills.

Online Therapy


We live in a digital age where most of us couldn’t get through an hour without our smartphone and the internet. We’ve welcomed technology into so many areas of our life and gained many positive benefits. Since we have the ability to do many things that simplify our lives online — banking, shopping, buying groceries, etc — why not also do therapy online? The therapists at Cobb Psychotherapy LCSW are available for online therapy in order to best meet the needs of our clients.
